The TSA may not have caught any terrorists, but they are doing their part to
catch bowel diseases early...

I recall someone doing a piece on the TSA's legal liabilities getting complicated
with regard to these type of areas. Are they responsible for detecting skin lesion
conditions they can see and maybe the traveller doesn't yet know about? What
about other conditions?

If they get much more intrusive, pregnancies are one specific area of definite
concern. What if they find out a woman is pregnant and don't tell her before she
gets scanned again? Are they responsible for damages for "loss of joyous surprise"
if they let slip whether it's a boy or a girl? And, if the mother is aware of the
pregnancy but the husband is not, is TSA responsible for the costs of the divorce?

Green: I ... I just want to be truthful.
Stewart: Perception of legitimacy is more important than
legitimacy itself. That's the greater truth. Don't fuck with
our democracy. Don't undermine our way of life. Every American
believes their vote counts. Now you wanna tell them that's not
true?
Green: But the results of the election will be wrong! One
candidate will win because of computer error.
