http://thenextweb.com/apple/2010/07/04/appstore-hack-itunes/ So far Apple's response has been for people to change their passwords, so, if you have an iTunes account, I guess you'd better do that. YouTube was hacked by the 4chan crew, with what appears to be a form of XSS in the comments field. YouTube shut down comments for a while, but seems to have fixed it now. Also, Google did it's usual thing with the logo, for July 4, but of course only those in the US can see it. ====================== (quote inserted randomly by Pegasus Mailer) rslade () vcn bc ca slade () victoria tc ca rslade () computercrime org Canada is a country that works in practice, but not in theory. - Stephane Dion victoria.tc.ca/techrev/rms.htm blog.isc2.org/isc2_blog/slade/index.html http://blogs.securiteam.com/index.php/archives/author/p1/ http://www.infosecbc.org/links http://twitter.com/rslade _______________________________________________ Fun and Misc security discussion for OT posts. https://linuxbox.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/funsec Note: funsec is a public and open mailing list.
