How about: using this type of software for CCTV tracking needs to be universally 
applicable?

Or: test your software/systems before they do you this kind of reputational 
damage?

Or: silly but fun videos and social networking sites can waste your network 
bandwidth.

(By the way, I just bought a netbook with a webcam built into it for the first time, 
and I have *no* idea at all what to do with it.  Any suggestions as to [Windows] 
software [preferably free] that will take pictures or video with it, even if only to 
test it out?)
