The header looks like a crude modification of this 2003 DAV exploit:

There's also a glaring syntax error on line 22 of the pastebin code. It'd never run as written.


Prob a typo as the semi-colon key is next to the single quote, at least on my keyboard :)
Makes me wonder if it has been typed into pastebin rather than pasted from working code, which in turn makes me think 
it is probably fake.
