What was that? It was the US constitution saying bye-bye...What an asinine statement. They have weapons that will destroy your body, too; does that violate the Constitution? Get back to me about our government when you guys repeal the Official Secrets Act, m'kay?
My fellow Americans, that was irony. It forms a major part of UK humour (try watching Monty Python. The whole spam sketch is irony) Your constitution says (Amendment V) "No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law". How you can have due process when any warnings will be on the PC that has been destroyed? Unless of course you find out the person's address. If you have that information you should go and arrest them and confiscate the PCs anyway. Our unwritten constitution was ripped up last Thursday by Tony Blair. (Note to Americans - that was irony again...) This is my last post on the subject. I don't want to start a "shall we censor John Airey" debate... - John Airey, BSc (Jt Hons), CNA, RHCE Internet systems support officer, ITCSD, Royal National Institute of the Blind, Bakewell Road, Peterborough PE2 6XU, Tel.: +44 (0) 1733 375299 Fax: +44 (0) 1733 370848 John.Airey () rnib org uk Evolution isn't true just because the majority of people think it is. - NOTICE: The information contained in this email and any attachments is confidential and may be legally privileged.
