That's interesting as a bugtraq moderator approved a post of
an exploit of mine without asking for consent. Namely

posted my exploit and discuss that I had only sent the exploit to
full-disclosure but this little piece of information was conveniently
withheld from bugtraq subscribers. Comments?

Well, consistancy would be a nice thing thats for sure. I can't speak for
Dave or for Bugtraq I can only speak for myself and to a lesser extend
VulnWatch. If the code is obviously copyrighted to someone else common
sense tell me that one should check before releasing it. Of course there
will always be ones that slip through but and effort should be made.
