There are already a number of companies doing this.  They're called Managed 
Security Service Providers.  Among them is Counterpane, Guardent, 
Solutionary, ISS, Riptech, etc., etc.

Unless you're planning on competing with those companies, it's probably 
best not to try and reinvent the wheel.
