Telnet & ftp issues

Hi,

Recently I converted my network from a flat network to a segmented network.

Among the segments I have aVLAN for my servers. My users have no problems with
connectivity etc.

Except

1. Users i.e worstations in other segment cannot telnet or ftp to external IP's
2. NAT to any workstation that is not in the SERVER VLAN does not work

Is this a FW prob?

I am using Checkpoint HG FP1 on Solaris 2.7

Any ideas?
