AtGuard is a software instaled in your pc (windows based) that, when enabled, intercepts both inbound and outbound connection attempts and packets on your computer and decides whether to permit or block them based on a list of rules that you define. Any TCP/IP communication that is not covered by existing firewall rules is blocked by default. If you want to selectively block or permit network communication that is not covered by existing firewall rules, those rules can configurated. It gives, logs of events, activities, statistics. It works fine on my machines (laptop, @work aand @home). Rafael
