Huh? You mean you want port X on machine Y to be redirected to port A on machine B via ssh? Sure no problem: on machine Y: ssh machine_b -L X:machine_b:A read the ssh man page, and pay close attention to the -g, -L, -p, and -R options.
And, can ssh (1 or 2) be configured to listen on a non-standard(port22) port?
