This raises the question of how many man hours will be spent by company
personnel responding to the court order for 'relevant' logs -- while not
making 'irrelevant' 'company secrets' public?

Recently an executive at a well known Internet company in Seattle was
arrested by the FBI for 'minor luring'. Although he is facing charges
