You might want to take a look at Password Safe in the freestuff

Also, this site contains a nice paper on selecting passwords and 
passphrase's - http://www.counterpane.com/personal-entropy.html

And after, and only after, choosing a good password, another simple 
but only slightly secure method is a password protected winzip file.

While not specific to firewalls, managing multiple passwords securely is 
certainly part of maintaining good security.

Has anyone used a PalmPilot for keeping track of assorted passwords?

Any other ideas that  avoid having critical passwords recorded somewhere?
