My @Home cable-modem connected host is constantly scanned for Back Orifice and several common Linux vulnerabilities (imap, sunrpc). I also get random probes for telnet and ftp servers. I see several probes per day, about 50% from other @Home customers, and the rest from outside. One yahoo probes me twice per day, at random times, on the PC/Anywhere port (5632).
Probably the same one that started probing me about twice a day in June of 98. He started with udp/22 and then graduated to udp/5632. And I'm not even on the @Home network. He was though. BTW, after nearly a year of probes every day he gave up at the end of February '99. :) M
