encrypting modem

HI, Please excuse me as this is not directly related to firewalls - rather encrypting modems. Can anyone mention a dial up encrypting modem please? I saw on the web a company called modemplus and also know about gretag coders for leased lines. There is a need to transfer a relatively small file from PC to PC via 2 encrypting modems. thanks for any names and prices, Arjo
