"public" evaluation version of ISS scanner on iss.net can be out if
date and i need "current" one to really evaluate it? I wrote to

What's on www.iss.net is the latest version. Back in August, we had a
couple of problems in the latest version (4.3.4), so we backed it off until
we got the fixes in. They're in, so anyone who wants to can download 4.3.4.

We also have a searchable database of vulnerabilities,
