Which IAM solution do you recommend?

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution to
supplant our home-grown system.  I would like to see if any of you have any
recommendations to share with us. We've looked at Fischer International but
would like to know about any other IAM products/services we should take a
look at.
