OWA Timeouts not working as expected

All,

We have run into an issue with OWA timeouts. It now takes a full hour before timeouts occur due to inactivity. It was 
working to where a user would timeout after 15 minutes of activity, but it appears Microsoft has made a change that has 
broken that functionality for us.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, have you found a way to remedy the issue?
