We have a merchant ID, or multiple, for each office. Each office director signs off. So basically, each person responsible for creating and enforcing/overseeing compliant office procedures signs. CFO? CIO? CISO? Other? I had been thinking it would be our CFO as he oversees the business units on campus responsible for credit cards and our merchant ID’s.
