The ISC2 domains covered in CISSP training/certification has changed over the years. The most recent list is here: https://www.isc2.org/cissp-domains/default.aspx and a new list goes into effect next month. I (and many others here) were certified under older versions, but I’m not sure if they are well archived anywhere. While legal/compliance items have been covered, there isn’t ethics in the training exactly. However, CISSP certification requires agreeing to adhere to the ISC2 code of ethics - https://www.isc2.org/ethics/default.aspx Brad Judy Director of Information Security University Information Systems University of Colorado 1800 Grant Street, Suite 300 Denver, CO 80203 Office: (303) 860-4293 Fax: (303) 860-4302 www.cu.edu [cid:004384AA-DEF4-4868-A897-FB48168C1F5F] From: <Hudson>, Edward Hudson <ehudson () calstate edu<mailto:ehudson () calstate edu>> Reply-To: EDUCAUSE Listserv <SECURITY () LISTSERV EDUCAUSE EDU<mailto:SECURITY () LISTSERV EDUCAUSE EDU>> Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 10:41 AM To: EDUCAUSE Listserv <SECURITY () LISTSERV EDUCAUSE EDU<mailto:SECURITY () LISTSERV EDUCAUSE EDU>> Subject: [SECURITY] CISSP Ethics Education All, Is there a specific section of training for the CISSP regarding ethics? Specifically, does it state the obvious somewhere that its not ok to compromise/hack or encourage others to hack organizational systems. I am trying to determine what training/education a CISSP holder would have had in this area as part of an internal investigation. Feel free to DM me.
