We haven't made them a standard, but I've been using both personally for several years. WOT seems to often warn
about sites that aren't actually deceptive (so far as I can determine), just inckude content that might contravene some
employers' policies, but at least once it came to my rescue when I accidentally clicked an infectious link.

I wish there was a NoScript for Thunderbird - last time I looked, Google found several online postings by people
saying they were working on one, but none available to download and usemmm

Subject: [SECURITY] Web Browsing Security

Hi All,

I was interested to know if any of you have implemented either the "No Script" or Web of Trust (WOT) add-ons in Firefox
(or similar solutions for other browsers) for staff workstations as a way to help mitigate risk of getting infected
with malware through web browsing? If so, can you please share your experiences? If not, what free or commercial
solutions have you deployed to help reduce the risk that you found both effective and accepted in higher education?

Thanks,
Chris
