We encounter the message below when installing Symantec Endpoint Protection,
however the reboot does not resolve the installation issue.  The current
resolution is to go into the Registry Editor and do a Find command on
"PendingFileRenameOperations", then delete the instances of this key.  Has
anyone found a better solution?
