Identity Finder console performance

Just looking for other people's experiences on Identity Finder Console performance as Identity Finder seems pretty 
popular in our sector these days:
                We're running about 350 IDFinder clients connecting to a VM with 4G RAM and two processors that connect 
to a central SQL database.  We're noticing some significant performance issues, especially when expanding the "All 
Endpoints" under Endpoint Data in the console.  We are working with their tech support but is anyone having better 
success in a different setup?  We have been able to see some difference depending on browser type in using the console. 
 Neither server seems to be working very hard at all.  We're mostly concerned that as we roll it out to more of our 
clients (a few thousand) performance may be a real problem.  Feel free to respond on or off list.
