I like listening to Leo, et al., but I found it hypocritical that these content producers were upset that Google was being too presumptuous by offering a free content service that interferes with their offering. The previous week they were asserting that school IT staff would be crazy to not take advantage of free Google Apps, but they had no discussion of how it might interfere with a school's existing services or their academic and research missions.
