My preference is scanning the documents into Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 8 or later) and using the Redaction tool. Then, you have an electronic version which you can print. Todd A. Aside from cutting the information from the document (which is not practical), are there special markers, pens or white-out designed for this purpose? In an effort to comply with MA 201 CMR, we would like to remove PI from certain paper files, while keeping the document intact. Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
