We haven't implemented it yet, but we are planning to deploy SecureSphere from Imperva.  It comes in a number of 
different flavors, but we looking at the Enterprise Suite which includes a WAF, database access monitor, and a database 
security gateway all in one appliance.  It is pricey, but has garnered numerous awards and accolades as a full-featured 
web application firewall/database security solution.  Hope this helps.
