Brad,

 

I can second the Shon Harris book as that's all I used. (experience
helped too).  But if work is paying for it, I have heard really good
things about the SANS training course.

I can't recommend a good one, but the bootcamp I took from IP3 and was
very disappointing.  In my case, the trainer was only doing it under
contract and didn't know the slides.  Many times he was not able to
answer questions asked about the materials.

After class, I spent a few months reading through the Shon Harris book
(a little at a time) and the test seemed easy to me.
