IP based Security Solutions

I was wondering if anybody had any experience good or bad with IP based
or Hybrid Video management system. I am currently trying to decide
between Bosch Vidos, Cisco, and On-Net Security Solutions. All offer
Hybrid solutions to ease the transition form analog CCTV to IP based. If
anyone has used any of these systems or another system that you have had
success with please let me know.
