Higher Ed Security Operation Centers - Looking for your experiences

I've been tasked with leading our project to design and build a SOC as
part of our security program. I'm looking for people who would be
willing to answer a brief questionnaire, and who would also be willing
to answer follow-up questions about your SOC design, build process, and
experience thus far.

I'll also be glad to summarize the data that I receive once I'm done for
the group.

If you have built a SOC, or you have an existing SOC, and would be
willing to share your expertise, drop me a line.
