Incident Tracking System

Hello,

We are in the process of evaluating Incident Tracking software. I read
something about RT in a past discussion, but also I would like to know if
any of you have experience with InciTrack for security incident tracking and
is willing to share it with me.

Also if you have any other suggestion I would appreciate it very much.
