CCA (or other) results

Good Morning all - 

Keene State College is currently turning the key on Cisco Clean Access
for returning students in the Fall.  We would like if anyone has
information on Help Desk impact from initial implementation.  General
opinions are helpful, however if the following specific questions can be
answered, even if with some speculation, it would be greatly
appreciated. If you have experience with another product that works
similarly, results from that deployment would be appreciated also.

 

1.      How long had the deployment been publicized before going live?
2.      When was the first implementation (year/time of year)? What
version of CCA/Perfigo was used? 
3.      What were the mandatory requirements at first implementation?
(AV, Windows updates, etc) 
4.      Total intended CCA users (on campus students)? How many went
through CCA at first implementation? 
5.      What was the total number of help desk calls directly related to
CCA at first implementation? 
6.      Breakdown these calls by major category For example...

        a.      Just don't read the screen and want help. 
        b.      Read the screen but truly did not understand. 
        c.      Real problem but able to get them the user through with
basic phone support 
        d.      Unable to complete process due to real problem on
student machine that they must fix on their own 

 

Any other relevant information would be appreciated also.
