While it's clearly debatable whether or not to use SPF checks against your
incoming email, it is probably at least worth creating the simple DNS record
for your domain(s) just in case.  Personally, I don't think they will be
successful in demanding this requirement so quickly, if ever.

It's hard to breath with a 400-pound gorilla sitting on you.

If that 800 pound gorilla from northern VA sits down next to it, breathing
will be *very* difficult.....
