Network Access Control Change Control

Hi,

I've been asked to see what other universities are doing
for change control procedures for network access controls
(router ACLs, firewall rules, etc.).

Of particular interest is how you handle retiring access
controls when the systems they protect/permit change,
move, retire, etc.
