Brief background:

In December 2002, Acacia filed suit against a number of Adult websites
claiming infringement to their streaming digital video patents (see
http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,3973,767313,00.asp)

Here are a couple of online news report about Acacia and their claims:
http://biz.yahoo.com/ibd/040730/tech01_1.html, and
http://www.mediapost.com/PrintFriend.cfm?articleId=261685

An organization called Streaming Media, Inc. even has a series of webpages
dedicated to the Acacia lawsuit/patent claims. See
http://www.streamingmedia.com/patent/

Finally, for anyone with a legal background and too much time on your
hands, the recent Markman Order can be found at
http://www.fightthepatent.com/MarkmanOrder.pdf.
