Doug and others on this list -- This isn't a DMCA issue, it's a patent
infringement claim from Acacia Technologies Corp.  For some background,

If you haven't yet, be sure to bring this to the attention of your campus
legal office.  You can also let them know that Wes Blakeslee, counsel for
Johns Hopkins (wdb () jhu edu) has been coordinating a multi-campus effort to
respond to the Acacia claims.

I've seen half a dozen reports this morning.
