Five minute Contingency Planning Survey -- Deadline Extended!

        Hello,
        
        I am a graduate student at Baylor University and am currently working on my thesis as I pursue a Masters of 
Science in Information Systems.
        
        I am studying Disaster Recovery planning and Business Continuity planning. I am particularly interested in how 
the events of September 11th have affected the contingency planning being done by higher education institutions.
        
        I have created a short, twenty question on-line survey and I would appreciate your taking five minutes of your 
time to fill it out.  Also, please feel free to forward this e-mail to anyone who would be knowledgeable about 
contingency planning.
