As far as I (and Google) know, CVE-2007-1209, CVE-2007-3929 (Opera) and Jonathan Afek and Adi Sharabani's IIS 5.1 dangling pointer vulnerability (CVE-2005-4360) presented in BlackHat USA 2007 were the first ever to exploit a dangling pointer vulnerability type.
