Utter B.S., and I'd bet some the names and firms associated with it are the completely useless, uneducated and 
untrained 'C&A' crowd. This idea is not possible due to the maturity of the industry and the fact that it is not 
'professionalized' yet in the way doctors, lawyers, cpa's, etc. are, i.e., with licenses, bars, boards, and so on. SANS 
and others would like to be, but proving legally what someone should have known or done a priori is not possible yet, 
in addition to the professionalism issue. These are 'trades-people' at best. Thus giving one legal redress via the 
courts runs into several arguments available in contract law (see torts). Snake oil is still snake oil, even in the
