IT and its subsidiaries have always seemed to fall out of scope of the
various trading standards bodies

Take for example Microsoft.. hell if you purchased a TV with as many
bugs as say XP has, you would take it back and they would be slapped
pink

Maybe it's because people dont complain enough tho?
