March 410 is National Consumer Protection Week (NCPW) [ 
https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/features/national-consumer-protection-week ], an event to encourage people and businesses 
to learn more about avoiding scams and understanding consumer rights. During NCPW, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 
and itspartners highlight free resources to help protect consumers.
