PROBLEM:   MC/ServiceGuard and MC/LockManager exhibit improper
           implementation of restricted SAM functionality.

PLATFORM:  HP 9000 Series 700/800 Servers running HP-UX 10.X and 11.00

DAMAGE:    Users can gain increased privileges.

SOLUTION:  Apply the patches listed below.
