I hold the OSCP, along with CCNA,MCSE, Sec+, etc. The OSCP was the
hardest and best cert I've taken. There is no memorizing questions
and answers for this one. It's a put up or shut up cert. I highly
recommend it.

OSCP is a very good Cert/training program. Not black hat. Recommended

The creators have their own podcast called Social Engineering Podcast
and they are the creators of BackTrack.

Never heard about OSCP (Offensive Security Cert) before. Looks like this is a black-hat cert. Zone-h used to provide
similar sort of training. I am not sure how reputed these black-hat type certs are in the market today.

In any day I would recommend OSCP, It is very practical and has online lab. Plus to pass you need to simulate the
actual test and create a report.

Thanks,
