" On a CentOS box I have a truecrypt volume that contains a sensitive file that I no longer need. It seems that using the shred command on this one file within the volume would be a good idea. Any opinions? Thanks, Mike." I don't know if that would work.. but making another TC volume and then copying EVERYTHING from the org to the new EXCEPT that file... then killing the ORG file... that should Kill it.
