Raja,

I am not aware of any malware that might use these ports outgoing.
However, it would be good practice to only allow these ports for the
specific users and systems that have an agreed requirement.

Hi,

Does anybody know if there are any abuses on opening outbound port 43
tcp/udp?

More info: this port will be used as destination port by whois service to
fetch domain registrar info.

Thanks.
