Hi,
Have a qestion about using Glassfish, Apche and Tomcat all at once.
I can't imagine a scenario where you need Tomcat alongside Glassfish (as Glassfish can fulfil Tomcat's purpose entirely). But for static HTML, Apache may indeed be faster. Depending on the amount of static data, you might want to consider using a cache like Squid to improve static content performance, rather than using Apache to pass-through dynamic content from JSP and Servlets. It all depends on your environment... Difficult to give a rule of thumb without knowing any details.
Anyway... I think this is entirely off topic here as you were addressing performance and not security (which this list is about!).
