IronPort has a really great solution that makes it simple for the recipient to recieve an encrypted message. There are plugins that integrate with Outlook and/or you can introduce content filters on the appliance to look for sensitive data in the email body or attachments. It also has some built-in regex, so that if it can encrypt when it detects things like credit card numbers or SSNs. www.ironport.com
