If these 3 PC's are running Windows and default Win Firewall is enabled, then no you won't see them. Unless you enable ICMP echo in the Firewall ruleset. Or if your router has a built in firewall and is set to not forward certain types of traffic you could get the same results. Try Nmap'ing from one of the 3 PC's to the other two see if you get a response.
