Hello everyone, Nessus and NMAP are good all around tools, I normal pick the toolbox that I'm going to use based on the task, if I'm going to pen test a web server I would use different tools then if I were testing a NAS. I've used LANguard as a basic scan, more of a discovery, then Nessus to look for specific vulnerabilities.
