Depends on what you mean by "safe".

It's a commercial service, and while I see the utility in it, and I'm
sure the publishers take some set of precautions that they believe are
reasonable, I am inherently mistrusting of this kind of service, as
it's a perfect entry into your network if it's either mis-designed,
mis-implemented, or mis-used. Therefore, I block it, and don't let my
users near it.
