HTTP Snarf, Sniff HTTP Files

Hi Everyone,

I have a packet capture of some web traffic and I would like to extract the files transfered via HTTP. e.g. .html, 
.jpg, .xml

I'm after the functionality of "NetworkActiv Sniffer" or "York" (from http://run.to/sz)

However, I need to throw a capture file at the tool. Not realtime capture-decode.

Can anyone suggest a freeware/open source util?
