Go to (http://www.wireshark.org/docs/wsug_html_chunked/ChapterIO.html) and click on the 5.6.7 section to Export Objects.

That should get ya started!

There are also other tools which I can't remember right now, that will capture binary files from captures...but 
Wireshark is pretty easy for this.
